Return Process

  Contact our canine care team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the supplement containers in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

  Ship the Items

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or your preferred carrier to send the items back to our quality control warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
